Mô tả công việc
• Oversee and direct the Club InterContinental Department on all aspects including but not limited to Club Room categories (Club and Villas collections), Club InterContinental Lounge and Butler Services to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction from Club InterContinental guests/IHG Rewards Club/Ambassador members/VIPs.
• Ensure quality of services provided follows IHG Brand Standard and Club InterContinental Luxury SOPs.
• Direct department’s weekly, monthly, yearly strategic and operational plans to be aligned with operation’s needs, people, resort’s businesses, and guest satisfaction which evaluated by Resort’s Winning Metrics.
• Manage operational and personnel issues, including budgets, departmental expenses as well as updates and changes made to staffing, service sequences, promotions, events, challenges and successes.
• Create and execute butler training program to ensure the butler services are up to the resort luxury standards.
• Provide leadership and maintain relations and communications with the team members as well as all coordination with other hotel departments.

• Communication skills are significant to interact with others; demonstrated exellent ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly the resort, the brand and the Company.
• Experience and knowledge of Front Office, Food and Beverage and Housekeeping operations
• Strategy planning, problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Strong Leadership skills in managing teams to drive for results
• Physically fit, neat and professional appearance at all time
• Related certification and qualification to fulfill the job as required by local government.
- Qualifications –
• Diploma / Degree in Hotel /Hospitality Management
- Experience –
• 5 years of experience in butler services/guest services with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a hotel of similar size/ complexity and including leadership experience or training.
• Professional training and experience in butler services are preferred.
• Willing to work long hours
• Awareness of local market / competitions
• Experience in Asian working culture is a plus
• Financial knowledge
