Mô tả công việc
1. Being responsible for the pre-opening, and post-opening operation of all park projects
2. Having responsibility successfully set up all park projects open to the public and to operate in a profitable and high-quality manner.
3. Developing the policies and procedures, implementation plans, and assist with the management of the day-to-day activities of the park team
4. Hiring and training the park’s management and front-line team
5. Developing the business and giving direction for operating plans for the entertainment projects including Preopening (finance, Opening program, staffing and organizational plan, Organization, Hiring schedule, …. ); Post-opening operating budgets ( Attendance, Revenues, Admissions, Food/beverage, Merchandise, …; Operating expenses, Maintenance Department and ect.
6. Provide design and technical support during the remainder of the design process.
7. Manage the pre-opening set up in all business aspects to ensure a successful launch of the new attraction in order to achieve visitor volume, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets
8. Ensure all Capex projects are rationally justified, delivered on time, on budget and to desired specifications.
9. In conjunction with the Marketing department, ensure strong and coordinated deliver of national and regional marketing strategies including promotions, trade marketing, and PR.
10. Other tasks will be assigned by COO of Leisure and Entertainment Division

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education;
+ Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Recreation and Leisure Services Management, Hospitality Management
+ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in areas such as travel and tourism, marketing, economics, or psychology
- Knowledge:
+ Knowledge of financial reporting, budgets, and forecasting.
+ Knowledge of marketing, health, and safety, and HR preferred.
+ Engaging personality. Ability to think strategically and solutions and improvement focused.
+ Strong computer skills. Ability to utilize standard software applications to include MS Office suite and advance excel skills a plus.
- Experience:
+ Minimum 10 years of senior management experience within an operations and/or retail environment; including a visitor attraction, theme park, museum, hotel, theater or entertainment environment.
+ Leadership experience with 500+ employees.
- Skills:
+ Flexibility in order to cope with the varied demands of the work and the constant need for innovation
+ The ability to motivate staff
+ Sound business acumen
+ Leadership skills and the ability to delegate
+ Sound judgment
+ Commercial initiative

+ A high degree of technical competence and computer literacy - this may be required, as many of the rides are controlled by sophisticated computer programs
- Others requirement:

+ Possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
+ Desire to work in fast-paced environments.
+ Must be flexible to work shifts outside normal business hours, may include some weekends, and holidays.
