Director Assistant / Merchandiser in Furniture and Handicrafts

• Need to knowledge about foreign trade
• Communicate with the customer such as: send the quotation file …reply email about the all information that customer request.
• Discuss with the customer about the product, quantity, delivery date, loading, term of payment
• Receive the purchase order from customer.
• Translate orders in Vietnamese and send to factory. Updating the production status.
• Discuss the packing information with the customer and unify to have the proper packaging for the product
• Communicate with customer to get shipping mark, lay-out, artwork, barcode and send to factory
• Order the other materials relating finishing the products
• Contact with factory to have inspection schedule to book customer do inline and final inspection
• Carry out all the shipping jobs
• To deal with each shipping documents on time
• Follow up payments of customer
• Service after shipment
• To manage relationship with customers
• To promote our products to market
• To open up new market

• 3-5 years experience of furniture and handicrafts
• Sales Staff and Merchandiser – experience on furniture field
• Female
• Good communication skill and enthusiastic person.
• University graduate.
• Speak English with good
• Computer skill: Word, Excel, Power point,
• Carefulness in preparing price/ quotation.

*Working time: 8am – 17.00pm, from Monday to Saturday morning

*Working place: 80/5 Street 38, Hiep Binh Chanh Ward, Thu Duc Distric, Hochiminh City, Vietnam
