1. Summary:
+ Reports to: Direct Procurement Manager
+ Work venue: My Phuoc Plant, Ben Cat Dist., Binh Duong Province, Vietnam
+ Additional support: Transportation provided for you when be invited for interview at the factory
+ Responsible for: Procurement Assistant (associate) and support Manager to build, coach and develop team toward organization direction

2. The job description below is to list out some missions that we are in need of your talent to support Colgate - Palmolive to keep growing even faster in Tooth-brushing making industry:

+ Accountable for the Purchasing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and working with the entire Supply Chain, Customer Service and Logistics, and Sales organizations to maximize results.
+ Executes effective negotiations for specific raw materials or indirect purchases.
+ Implements and monitors the Purchasing budget for the specific materials of responsibility.
+ Accountable for optimizing raw and packing material inventories against Customer Service and working capital targets.
+ Ensures the highest level of Customer Service is provided to our Customers through the development and maintenance of order replenishment best practices (inclusive of Vendor Managed Inventory relationships).
+ Optimizes transportation and inbound freight costs for specified materials.
+ Manages contract manufacturing requirements and, as necessary, cross border sourcing requirements of contracted materials. (could be focus/scope of position)
+ Interfaces with supplier’s sales, technical and other functional groups as well as Colgate Supply Chain, Technology, Marketing and Finance functions to enforce Purchasing policies, resolve issues, align service and financial strategies.
+ Provides input for “Top to Top” meetings and, when necessary, present Purchasing performance and strategies.
+ Leads continuous improvement programs with suppliers (i.e. Supplier Certification, Continuous Improvement Teams etc.)
+ Together with New Product launch teams, ensures new products are executed effectively.
+ Contributes to local Funding the Growth Programs.
+ Leverages SAP in day to day function.
+ Executes subsidiary efforts in using new “e-tools” (auctions, Enterprise Buyer Pro, etc.) to help drive Funding the Growth, simplification and standardization programs for the subsidiary
+ Leads implementation of SMI with appropriate suppliers.
+ Accountable for adhering to Colgate-Palmolive, and governmental guidelines related to EOHS, Quality, and Regulatory for materials of responsibility. Develop awareness and influence compliance with local government laws and regulations pertaining to materials.
+ Provides input to a crisis management / business interruption plan, as per corporate guidelines.
Continues to improve oneself by way of training, information sharing, coaching and feedback, appraisals, delegation and implementing best practices.
+ Participates in external industry forums (e.g. SDA or external Purchasing organizations) and internal Purchasing Council meetings.
Develops documented understanding of market structure and drivers for his/her materials, with risk management overview, and identifies opportunities and threats for the future.
+ Lead Quality/FP&R/EOSH standard: refer on R&R matrix detail for each standard.

B.A./B.S. Degree in a technical or business field, CPM and/or MBA desirable.
Over 4 years Procurement or Supply Chain experience, SAP experience an advantage. English language proficiency.

- 13th-month salary plus KPI Bonus

- Working Hours (8:00 - 16:00 from Monday to Friday only)
