(Direct) Buyer

Job summary:
- Manage purchase direct material enough, on time for company production

Main responsibilities and duties:
New Model development
+ Coordinate with R&D to clarify materials which need to be purchased or imported
+ Look for capable suppliers who can make the parts
+ Negotiate price with supplier & select supplier
+ Negotiate contract with supplier
+ Issue sample PO & mold PO to supplier
+ Co-ordinate with QC, R&D & supplier in development parts on time
+ Perform localization & source-change to improve cost/ supply chain
Mass Production Purchasing
+ Maintain Supplier list & Price list
+ Issue PO to supplier
+ Monitor delivery performance of supplier to have enough materials for production
+ Send Forecast to supplier to ensure On Time Delivery capability
+ Troubleshoot all issues relating to material supply (payment, contract, …)
+ Monitor inventory at target level required by management

- Bachelor's degree, 3+ years supply chain, planning, logistics, purchasing or related experience.
- General Supply Chain, Materials Management, and Logistics knowledge.
- Proficient skills of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Fluent English in writing and speaking.
- Ability to co-operate with colleagues of other departments or teamwork skill
- Sense of responsibility, carefulness, hardworking
- Willing to learn attitude
