Reports to: FP&R Leader/ OE & plan system Manager/Assistant Manager - OE & plant system
Responsible for: Lead plant systems integration & digital transformation projects, training of operations and engineering teams and system troubleshooting and maintenance.
Location: My Phuoc Plant, Ben Cat, Binh Duong, Vietnam
Travel: Low: 5%
Core Responsibilities:
- Execute all plant systems projects in area of expertise (SAP or Wonderware) in the assigned plant. Provide the technical expertise to configure, maintain and troubleshoot all plant systems at the assigned plant.
- Provide guidance and training to plant operations to foster utilization.
- Enforce standards that ensure global consistency of manufacturing and integration systems.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with the regional IT SSO and ISM teams.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with the plant leadership teams, engineering teams, plant operations teams and quality teams.
- Actively participate in the global plant systems integrator’s network.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 0 – 2 years working for Operations/ Industrial engineering departments (preferably in Consumer Goods Industry experience)
- Good data sense, systematic thinking, excellent in data analysis skills.
- Familiar with Operations management/ processes/ Industrial engineering tools & processes. Project planning, coordinating & management skills.
- Good communication, both in Vietnamese & English.
- Office tools (especially Excel & Access), Scripting language (Javascript, Python, VBA) & SQL programming, SAP, Minitab, Crystal Ball…
- Growth, Lean and Business First Mindset
- Ethical, passionate and committed
- Good English language skills
- Curious, flexible and open-minded
- Independent critical thinking
- Good data sense, systematic thinking, excellent in data analysis skills.
