- Develop and maintain a strategic plan with a year on year delivery plan with associated benefits
- Responsibility to ensure the delivery is within the planned cost, timelines and in line with business expectations
- Build and integrate best-in-class open-services platform
[KEY ACTIVITIES]
- Set the strategies and roadmap on banking products and services (API's)
- As a Product Owner, define the user requirements and contribute to the development of digital solutions and end to end fulfilment process
- Develop end-to-end client journeys to drive client API capability
- Collaborate with product teams to design the game plan and workflow on application of APIs with Third Party Service Providers to drive product acquisition/ customer satisfaction
- Create price policy and a build the approach for using services. Establish primary market partnerships to pilot the platform
