Digital Services Manager (DSM)

***Mission:
Beyond the pharmaceutical products we provide disease management information and services for the patient, through online and offline activities. The DSM mission is to initiate and drive digital projects with a primary focus on proposing innovative Digital Solutions to synergize our online/offline campaigns.

***Main responsibilities:
• As our DSM you bridge the functional, technical, marketing and digital universe.
• You will be part of our Information Services Department and work closely with our Marketing Team.
• The DSM is responsible to identify monitor and analyze the digital current practices, research on digital trends and to propose creative solutions to support effectively our Marketing campaigns.
• As a Product Owner, you manage the backlog items, the priorities, the KPI based on our strategy and business objectives.
• You are also responsible for coordinating and communicating with stakeholders, partners, suppliers to make sure the goals and timeline are aligned.
• UX, UI, and Behavioral Science drive the way you imagine and implement a solution.
• Develop functional scope and requirement documents that guides the development teams.
• Maintain consistency and a cohesive approach in all project in respect of Servier policies, guidelines and compliance rules.
• The DSM is accountable for the Digital Project development process and for the final Digital product/service.

1. Education & experience
• Pharma or Heathcare Education Degree or another major.
• Passion in E-Business Management, Digital Marketing with proven successful study/learning.
• 3-5 years of proven work experience in Digital Marketing and as Product Owner.
• Experience in Pharma Industry is a great asset.

2. Competency
• Worked on loyalty and e-mail marketing.
• Deep understanding on Digital Marketing Concepts, SEO and SEM concepts with real outcomes.
• Good understanding on tag management process.
• Experience in an Agile product development as Product Owner.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and IT project management.
• Ability to communicate, present and train on Digital trends, best practices and solutions.
• An analytical orientation and strong problem-solving skills demonstrated by the ability to structure an issue & analyze alternative solutions.
• Be or become an expert in Digital Healthcare and keep up to date with market trends and solutions.
• Very good speaking and writing skills in English and Vietnamese.
