We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Digital Sales Manager (GCB6)
The Digital Sales Manager responsibility is accountable for supporting the implementation of plans to increase revenue from digital channels.
This will carry out some or all of the following tasks:
• Contribute to the development of an understanding of consumer behaviour which provides insight into potential commercialisation or revenue generation opportunities.
• Help to identify new opportunities for digital revenue generation and develop business plans.
• Supports the determination of activation solutions and the evaluation of those solutions, the creation of a best performance execution plan and tracking the results of the delivery.
Leading all sales management activity for online channels – credit card will be a primary product but doing online cross sale is also within the scope.
1. Coordinatae with local and regional stakeholders to optimize, track and measure end-to-end digital sale funnel on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
2. Coordinate with Public website management to drive organic leads through SEO and organic traffic.
3. Together with local stakeholders to drive better actionable leads, and higher conversion rate while not directly involved working with media agency.
4. Continue track and improve straight through process of Rocket.
5. Understand and on-top of Rocket incident and operation take charge of the Rocket operation, BAU, product in order to proactively solve problems and give consultancy to sale agents upon issues escalated.
6. Generate weekly and monthly dashboard for management team.
7. Join quarterly Digital Forum to deliver good case study of sale and digital knowledge sharing to team leaders and managers of Wealth & Peronal Banking.

Job Requirement:
The role carries support for tasks in Digital Sales of primary product credit card and other banking products such as mortgage, PIL and insurance which requires experiences, people management, accountability, flexibility and good time management.
• Having a strong analytic mindset to offer data insights and actions logged for digital sale performance on daily or weekly basis
• Having a clear understanding of past and current performance of Credit Card acquired via Digital funnel in order to have an appropriate reflection on the short and long term plan.
• Being expert in data running on Excel, Python or similar software
• Having a background and knowledge of digital sale in the industry.
• Coordinate with local and regional stakeholders to drive growth sale annually.
• It is a require constant work of exploration on the Digital opportunities, trends and innovation ideas that are relevant and fit with HSBC business requirement.
• Understand or have experience on sale banking/finance operation to work with IT, UWS, CVM, Credit Risk, MKT, CCSS.
• Willing to take extra miles to handle mutil-task digital related with determination, resilience and “can-do” attitude.
ROLE CONTEXT:
• Primary context for this role is the ability and skill set of working with many different local and regional stakeholders – able to pull string to make things happen in the way it should happen.
• Working with Rocket project team to initiate the Rocket funnel to propose relevant steps of growing each touch point through out the application journey.
• Coordinating the weekly performance of Digital sale funnel among Digital, Media Marketing and Contact Center - be responsible of annual sale target of credit card.
• Working closely with Public Website Management Manager to improve organic traffic (SEO/direct/referal), lead conversion rate, click through action.
• Set clear rules/guidelines or way of working to work effectively & efficiently with related stakeholders or departments.
• Proactively propose relevant sale proposal to meet business requirement.
