Digital Project Manager

- Enhance Vietnam Car Care online business visibility for clients (Vietnamese locals and foreigners) via SEO and SEM
- Setup Vietnam Car Care goals, KPI, audience segmentation, analytics, campaigns performance & content efficiency

***MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scope the project requirements by developing strategy, marketing vision and project plan.
- Design, build and maintain a strong media presence
- Follow-up the website development and maintenance, to guarantee the platform relevancy for digital campaigns
- Execute SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Use software tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or MailChimp to run project campaigns
- Set relevant goals, key performance indicators, and define audience to ensure proper action
- Monitor project progress, performance and budget with relevant metrics
- Perform measure experiments and conversion tests
- Track projects deliverables with Content, Design, Developer and Sales
- Maintain good relationship with third-party agencies and commercial partners Support Vietnam Car Care franchises (Nha Trang, Da Lat, Dong Nai) in setting their online visibility
- Ensure project quality standards and on-time delivery
- Anticipate potential risks and proactively solve issues
- Adapt project resources to priorities, project requirements and constraints
- Follow the latest digital trends to seek opportunities and optimize project performance
- Report project status to key stakeholders at any needed time

- Education: Computer science, digital marketing or relevant degree
- Digital marketing experience: +2 years
- Management experience: +1 year

OBJECTIVES (2 months)
- Revise the current live version of Vietnam Car Care website and make recommendations on platform improvements
- Revise the current social media plan of Vietnam Car Care and make recommendations for improvements
- Revise the current Google Ads permanent campaigns of Vietnam Car Care and make optimizations
- Perform properly the monthly competitors tracking
- Pass the 2 certifications for Google Analytics (beginner & advanced)
- Pass the 3 certifications for Google Ads (fundamentals, search & display)
- Pass the certification for Facebook Ads
- Run successfully the ongoing digital campaigns in the next 2 months, from goal settings and ad creatives, to post-mortem
- Work with Vietnam Car Care franchises on their Facebook pages to improve their visibility and increase their leads
- Receive no more than 1 complaint from team mates on work cooperation
- Have no more than 1 Gantt chart update fail
- Have no more than 1 late or off without prior notice
- Have no fail on lack of responsibility, commitment or any company rule violation
