Mô tả công việc
• Support Inside Vietnam digital project and implement a social media strategy
• Support the Digital Project Manager for project set-up, analytics, content efficiency and benchmarking
Main Responsibilities:
• Create a strong brand identity via social media and marketing content
• Schedule and publish content on Inside Vietnam channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube)
• Provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts
• Follow brand mentions, trends, and reply to questions
• Optimize the social media strategy from analytics
• Engage with fans and partners on social media, to increase brand awareness and loyalty
• Anticipate the potential risks and proactively solve issues
• Follow the latest digital trends to seek opportunities and optimize brand performance
• Support social media and display advertising campaigns
• Benchmark for new partners, competitors, tourism market trends
• Perform measure experiments and conversion tests
• Support the Digital Project Manager for project set-up, analytics, content efficiency and benchmarking

Objectives (2 months):
• Analyze and revise the current social media plan of Inside Vietnam and make recommendations for improvements
• Run at least 3 A/B tests and draw conclusions
• Propose at least 4 new idea to grow the community
• Implement at least 1 new idea to grow the community
• Reach at least +1,000 organic followers on Facebook per month
• Build a full 1-year content plan for Facebook
• Revise the ManyChat flow in cooperation with the Content department
• Digital marketing experience: +2 years
• Vietnamese: Excellent
