Digital Performance Specialist

We are a growing company with an office in Ho Chi Minh City that services US, UK and Australian markets.. and we are looking for a digital paid ads specialist with strong Adwords experience.

Our marketing stack includes Google Ads, Adroll, Linked in, Facebook Ads and Quora Ads. You must be comfortable with data, be hard working and able to work diligently and precisely.

You will also be in charge of running split tests on landing pages, and provide detailed reporting of your work. No prior experience required in this area.


As we are a growing team, there is the opportunity for the right candidate to grow with the role. You could find yourself in charge of a particular product of the campaign, or even help project manage a new feature. You could also take on the split testing of our email marketing campaigns. You may even be skilled at interviewing new candidates to grow the team, or be good at overseeing the design aspect of the business. Maybe you’d like to break up your day with taking care of our social media organic posts.. Basically this is a role for someone with a strong core foundation in paid advertising looking to build on that skills and take control of their destiny in a fun, exciting and dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:
- Operate the paid ads channels d
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report the performance of paid digital marketing campaign, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Implement the paid ads aspect creative growth strategies as well as being involved in creative brainstorming
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Keep learning about existing and potential new paid ad platforms.



Salary is negotiable and based on experience
