Digital Performance Marketing Specialist

- Develop acquisition channel strategy and run always-on campaign operations and optimization for multiple products

- Manage and optimize campaign budget effectively across multiple channels, especially SEM

- Plan and execute successful digital marketing campaigns and tactics to drive online traffic and leads; incorporate a range of techniques including paid search, display, retargeting and banner ads to drive leads and conversions

- Campaign management – manage ongoing placement of advertising and traffic generation initiatives

- Strategize and create A/B testing and re-marketing tactics for any campaign to achieve optimal performance

- Develop and maintain good relationship with traffic partners

- Work closely with Content Manager and other departments to ensure overall traffic and conversion targets are met

- Analyze and produce actionable channel performance reports regularly to ensure continuous data-driven optimization

- At least 2 years of performance marketing hands-on experience with proven record of achievement on traffic acquisition

- Hands-on experience of any mainstream advertisement management, remarketing and web analytic tools like Google AdWords, Facebook, Google Display Network (GDN), DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Search Ads 360, etc

- Analytical, strong ability to draw insights from traffic and campaign trends and develop effective tactics

- Strong communication abilities to interact with colleagues and partners

- Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate with people and manage projects

- Proactive problem solving abilities and follow through

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliver on time and on budget

- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment with ever changing priorities
