- Be the bridge between Local Digital team and International Digital team in planning for both performance (for acquisition) and online media (for brand engagement) to achieve KPI
- Optimize user experience for app; by analyzing data and heat-map; in coordination with product and technology team; then propose the improvement for UX
- Support brand management team in always-on activities and campaigns
- Monitor all digital metrics both owned and paid media, from social, app performance, paid media for brand and partners
