Digital Media Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, mobile app, and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal/ external teams to create campaign landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Develop content strategy and voice (of the content through the digital channels) and deliver it effectively across digital channels
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Hire, coach and manage a team, including student interns

WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
• +2 years of related experience, preferably in an agency or event-media entertainment environment
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, mobile app, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Experience in mobile app installation
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Working knowledge of setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Meticulous attention to detail and a capacity to set priorities and meet deadlines
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal who understands the interaction between strategy, content and audience engagement
• Ability to build relationships and work with a variety of coworkers across multiple teams
• High integrity, energy, and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast growth environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes monitoring, posting and other tasks outside of the business hours
