Digital Marketing Staff

Administration of Fanpage, website and other SNS
- Create annual plan for company's SNS
- Update, advertise information of brand image, products
- Optimize effectiveness of marketing campaign on SNS
- Work with agency and finalize the KPI of agency to archive company's target
Implementing marketing campaign
- Based on strategy of products and brands, create and implement campaign and evaluate effectiveness of online Marketing for each campaign
- Making content and concept for each campaign
- Follow-up, evaluate the result and recommend solutions

Statistic and report
- Analyse market information, customer's preferences, competitor's digital marketing campaigns and products.
- report and propose digital marketing strategy to upper management level

And other jobs required for Digital marketing

Professional Background:
- Bachelor Degree In Marketing and/or Business related field
- 2 year of experiences in digital marketing field (for education or consumer good is a plus)

Competency Requirements:
- Be organized and possess the ability to multi-task.
- Focused, determined, analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiastic
- Have good sense of aesthetics, and good presentation skill
- Be able to team-work with internal colleagues and external partners.
- Foreign language skills: Fluent in spoken and written English. Knowing Japanese is an advance
- Computing skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (words, ppt, excel)
- Have good sense of statistic
