Digital Marketing Specialist

Overall Role Purpose: Responsible in conjunction with the Marketing Manager, for planning, budgeting, implementing and executing all Digital activities in Vietnam such as digital approach strategy; Yara Website Search Engine Marketing; Digital marketing campaigns. The role focuses on Social Media Content Post; Search Engine Optimization; Media Paid; internal apps implementation, promote and management and digital solutions in support of the Yara Vietnam business.

Key activities:
• Together with the Marketing Manager, for planning, budgeting, implementing and executing all related Digital marketing activities in Vietnam.
• Organise and implement Social Media communication and Search Engine Marketing strategies to support & contribute to financial targets.
• Plan, budget, implement & ensure successful execution of SMS; Direct Mail; eDM and digital campaigns through the provision of accurate & current target lists, daily lead tracking & final reporting in conjunction with the Marketing Manager.
• Developing; simulating and monitoring Search Engine Marketing performance.
• Developing and maintaining Email Hub
• Implementing and managing local Apps (CheckIT; CRM; Sub-dealer Apps …)
• Ensure consistency of deployment of content post and brand identity.
• Propose suitable digital promotion marketing campaigns, ensure implementation if accepted
Carry out any task that is required by Marketing Manager
Other departments
• Clearly communicate & co-ordinate, with the related departments, their involvement & how they will be affected by digital marketing activities

• Liaise with digital agencies as & when required to support Vietnam marketing activities including developing visual; content & providing graphic support.

Process
• Track & monitor progress of the digital marketing performance
• Prepare evaluation of the program results to ensure ROI
• Ensure all digital marketing activities executed in Vietnam are in full compliance with the Yara Brand Guidelines.
• Complete & manage within given timelines monthly reports and presentations such as the Facebook performance; Lead Generation Report; Conversion Rate; Digital Marketing Report, …
Overall goals / Typical measures: Program Evaluation

- 3 years of digital marketing, direct marketing, and/or marketing communications experience.
- A first degree with background in Marketing, Business or English/ Literature
- A second degree with background Digital Marketing is an advantage
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong writing capabilities
- Sound knowledge in Social Media; Search Engine Marketing; Lead Generation Management office software and applications
- Sound analytical skills, attention to detail, speed and efficiency in execution.
- Strong relationship builder with empathetic personality.
- Possess appreciation of a multi-cultural environment.
- Possess the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- A self-starter who is able to take up projects and work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to keep projects on track.
