*** Job summary
As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be working with Online & Marketing Team to plan, build and maintain the online presence for Concung's promotions, products or other campaigns. Being one of the key members of the Online & Marketing team, Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will report directly to Marketing Manager and will have opportunities to become Digital Marketing Team Lead/ Manager in a very short period of time. We are looking for a candidate with a strong interest in Digital Marketing career growth, you will have an opportunity to build and work in overall marketing channel including but not limited in Social Media, Online Advertising (Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, GDN), Email marketing, and etc. It also includes developing and monitoring the whole effect and related KPIs.
You will be responsible for:
- Work with the management team to develop and execute strategic and tactical plans for social media campaign and digital marketing, email marketing… to launch promotions, new Concung’s products, open new stores and other Concung awareness branding campaign
- Plan, execute & manage monthly/yearly activities of Online Marketing, Concung’s Website, Fanpage and Social Media channels
- Evaluate the effectiveness of Online Marketing activities and proposing the optimal solution
- Survey and update online market trends, record online marketing activities of Concung competitors and propose appropriate operation plans
- Detect and resolve online communication crisis rapidly
- Manage the activities and contents of Fanpage, Website and other Digital channels
- Implement and monitor the effectiveness of Online Advertising (Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, GDN), Email Marketing, and etc
- Work with internal team (Marketing, Programming, IT Support, Sales) to carry out the digital marketing tasks
- Track digital marketing KPIs, analyze social media campaign effectiveness, provide regular monthly reports
- Support Marketing Manager with budget planning and control Digital Marketing campaigns

- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Digital/Online Marketing/E-commerce Environment & have passion Digital Marketing fields is required for this position
- Ability to plan content online marketing
- Have experience in Digital marketing channels: SEM, SEO, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Social Media ... is an advantage
- Have experience and ability to develop community on social networking sites, forums, … is an advantage
- Responsibility, dynamic & creative in work
- Be a proactive and good communication
- Knowledge of marketing knowledge and branding
