Digital Marketing Specialist (Full time)

SUMMARY
- Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the effective and efficient execution of multi-channel digital marketing and advertising efforts (e.g., online ads, paid search…) to acquire sales leads and increase brand awareness.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and implement for driving the customer acquisition base through organic and paid acquisition channels, including Facebook Ads, Google AdWords,Google Display Network, retargeting etc.…to website, mobile App.
- Increase brand awareness through Social Media marketing, email marketing campaign to engage leads and customers; and retain valuable users.
- Understand online ads on Facebook, Adwords, Google Display Network, retargeting etc.
- Frequently measure, evaluate and report effect of digital marketing activities (adjust if needed)
- Identify trends and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Responsible for the day to day running of all search, social and display advertising campaigns and report any issues promptly to managers.

REQUIREMENT: We would like to hear from those who are:
- 2 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing
- Have knowledge of Facebook, Google Adwords, Remarketing, Online advertisement programs
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and with team, adapt the change quickly
- Analytical skills, initiative, can-do attitude
