Working with Prudential in Digital marketing senior officer means becoming a part of a prestigious global financial services group and an exciting vision: to be the leader in helping customers achieve their long-term financial goals. You will be the champion for typically responsible for engaging Prudential brand with customers via the digital space. He/She will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns; create, supply and optimize content for Prudential blog.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and own the operations of Prudential Blog on a day-to-day basis, including content scheduling, performance management and optimization, in conjunction with digital marketing calendar
- Develop and implement plan for market education on digital platforms, working with internal and external stakeholders in producing relevant content to address customer needs, then drive them to life insurance products/services
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to build awareness, customer engagement and loyalty for owned digital platforms
- Prepare creative briefs, justify proposals, evaluate agencies and follow up with agencies in outsourcing plan
- Ensure timely reporting on success of digital activities, feeding insights and recommendations into future plans

Requirements
Qualification:
- BA in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, Banking.
Experiences:
- Between 2 – 3 years of experience in digital field, including in media agencies/ independent digital agencies / marketing agencies or related fields
- Experience in or working with large or multi-national companies is an advantage
- Experience in financial service companies will be an advantage.
- Experience in Digital Marketing will be a plus
Knowledge and skill set:
- Knowledge of social media (FB, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter or Vietnam local social platforms)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint (mandatory) and MS Project (preferred)
- Good written and verbal communication skills (mandatory)
- Creative thinking
- Digital media know-how and online tracking tools
