Digital Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Main duties
- Release Aeon information based on private connection: improve Aeon brand identity, broaden awareness of its values and priorities; and increase the visibility of its readership across a wider audience.
- Develop and maintain a database of media contacts by keeping in touch closely with media, update Aeon information as need.
- Achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media.
- Work with Digital team & Member card team to maximize the impact of electronic communications in relation to marketing and new media.
- Create marketing materials: talking points, speeches, presentations and other supporting to support the role of PR.
- Develop and implement an integrated strategic communications plan based on Aeon strategy, target and budget to devise the effectiveness of PR plan.
2. Rules and Regulations
- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
3. Other duties
- Support company events or team activities.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Marketing Manager.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- University graduated with the major of Marketing, PR or equivalent.
- Minimum 01 years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Good communication skill.
- Good interpersonal skill and collaborative working manner.
- Aesthetic, dynamic, flexible, agile.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.
- Good planning, organizing and time-management skills.
- Efficiency in digital media.
- Customer focused.
- Ability to use Photoshop, AI is a plus.
