Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW 
Responsible for driving in-market resort recognition and preference in online channels by managing social media practices, integrating online and offline campaigns, managing the resort’s client database and optimizing content. In conjunction with the other on property marketing teams, develops and implements overall resort marketing strategies across online channels to acquire new customers at an acceptable spend. Drive offline and online advocacy of existing clientele with customized permission-based communications with appropriate message, selection of platform, and frequency. 
Minimizes risk of technological disruption by committing spend in resort independent website only after considering change in consumer online behavior, and capability of bidding web design agencies. 
GENERAL 
1.     Budgeting: manage annual marketing budget and develops a communications plan with specific goals and budgets.  Ensures that budgets are adhered to and P&L statements are checked. 

2.     Monitors activities of competitor hotels and trends within the industry. Inform and educate management team on these changes. 
3.     Creates and maintains positive, professional working environment.
DIGITAL MARKETING
1.     Leads the digital execution in-house or through agencies / vendors:
* Establishes online campaign goals and success metrics
* Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

2.   Continuous improvement and monitoring of key site performance metrics
3    Implementation of target database accumulation strategies
4.   Ongoing evaluation and improvement of web, email, and traditional initiatives.
5.   Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s websites utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
6    Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
7.   Overseeing the social media strategy for the company
8.   Work with the IT Web Team to improve the usability, design, content, and conversion rate of the company’s consumer-facing websites.
9.   Assist in the planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
10. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
11. Work with Marketing’s creative team to develop assets for web, email, and seasonal campaigns
12. Collaborate closely with Marketing and PR to understand and identify analytics that will assist in the development of best-in-class messaging and content
13. Source and engage with like-minded KOLs and digital partners to leverage Hoiana brand
14. Oversees property reputation management through social media and other emerging platforms.  Ensure that the Social strategy is in line with that of brand and is effectively targeting the demographics of the resort

Required Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise of online marketing 
- Creative, innovative, and aware of new technology trends in the travel industry
- Engaged in social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and Youtube)
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop skills will be a plus
- Strong communication skills in English. Local language and source market language a plus
- Team Player and excellent interpersonal skills
- Fundamental skills to project management  
Qualification: Degree level in Marketing, Communications, Business administration or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Experience: 3-year experience in Marketing, Distribution marketing or Digital marketing (Advertising Agency, Digital Agency or combination of any above are highly desirable)
