Digital Marketing Manager

*** Job Responsible:
1. Responsible for launching and Expanding Savimex new brand with customers via Online channels that drives the sales plan.
2. Championing the brand across all online channels ensuring all marketing assets, product imagery, brand, videos, campaigns, new product launches are sweated across each channel to maximize brand exposure.
3. Intergrade all the key brand campaigns, product launches and promotions into the marketing plan which according to company strategy.
4. Develop and manage the marketing team drive performance.

*** Job Description:
1. Curiosity and passion for all things online, social, customer experience, sampling, marketing initiates.
2. Extensive knowledge and understanding of all online flat forms and marketing channels.
3. A natural leader in building relationships with 3rds party channels.
4. Manage, report, communicate and generate conversation with online customers through online channels (website, Facebook, campaign…).
5. Manage, create and update content on the current website, Facebook and other online channels of New Brand.
6. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
7. Identify digital trends and insights of online customers, and optimize spending and performance for digital and marketing department based on the insights found.
8. Participate in brainstorm meeting with new and creative ideas for marketing and digital activities.
9. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to exploit opportunities for online adverts.
10. Track and report competitors’ MKT activities/ initiatives and strategy.
11. Work with category teams and other departments to roll out campaigns/projects successfully to jointly deliver the company’s objectives.

1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
2. Proven working experience as Digital Marketing Manager/ Marketing Manager over 3 years. Retail knowledge is an advantage.
3. Excellent understanding about SEO, SEM, photo editing, video editing, copywriting and have Customer-oriented mind.
4. Must be smart, creative, updated with social trend, digital savvy, high tech oriented.
5. Must be computer literate in Word, Power Point, excel. Skillful in using Power Point is an advantage.
6. Excellent in spoken and written Vietnamese and English.
7. Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility, integrity and commitment.
8. Good interpersonal skills, aggressive, passionate, attention to details, resourceful with positive working attitude

*** Benefits:
1. Working time: Monday – Friday (7:30 – 4:30)
2. Salary: 13th salary and bonus, reviewed twice a year (in April and October)
