• Manage and drive overall digital marketing strategies including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social presence (social reputation and social media)
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans against a defined hotel budget to maximize revenues through direct sales, marketing, e-commerce channels, public relations and community partnerships.
• Analyse and report monthly digital performance metrics and data to DMC.
• Analyse and manage reputation platforms such as TripAdvisor, Agoda, Reviews, etc.
• Direct local marketing initiatives listings
• Review and approve all marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy and in line with the Hotel's culture
• Support Sales and Revenue Department regarding e-Tools, and electronic media.
• Communicate with internal management to ensure clear scope and project progress.
• Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing activities for the hotel.
• Evaluate advertising and promotion programs

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Google Certifcate is a plus
- Previous hotel sales and marketing experience in a full service hotel preferred.
- Great understanding of online marketing strategies and tools.
- Content management and web analytics experience a plus.
- Firm grasp of website management required.
- Proficient in use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite and access database tools.
