Mô tả công việc
- Improve and implement the company's organic search results.
- Define, develop, and propose SEO/SEM strategic plans (Facebook/ Google Adwords/ Youtube/ Instagram/ LinkedIn/ etc.) for products and ventures of the company.
- Create detailed strategy reports: SEO Audit, Advance SEO Strategy, Content Strategy
- Totally doing white-hat SEO and keep an eye on black-hat tactics so as not to violate search engine guidelines.
- Familiar with trackings such as Goal Tracking, Event Tracking, Ecommerce Tracking, track traffic from PPC channels (Facebook Ads, Twitter/LinkedIn Ads)
- Provide training, coaching to peers on SEO/PPC in necessary cases.
- Understand market development and brand awareness expansion.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 4 years + experience in SEO and PPC, with at least 3+ years of experience in tactical SEO
- Deep understanding and application of current SEO best practices
- Solid analysis skills of web metrics & movement in keyword rankings, and the effect of multi-channel marketing efforts on each
- Google Analytics proficiency, familiar with Google Adwords and Facebook Ads
- Passionate about doing SEO and helping website ranking top in the main keywords.
- Familiar with online businesses, social networks and/or forum, blogs.
- Can-do attitude and put the goals of the team before your own prestige
- You are able and hungry to take on a lot of responsibility
- Good Management Skill, Work hard and have teamwork spirit
- Excellent English skills, particularly speaking and writing
