Digital Marketing Leader

- Plan, implement and optimize all the digital marketing campaigns
- Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Set up plan and budget for digital marketing, responsible for allocated budget
- Responsible for creating, managing and developing activities to digital marketing and content on website, microsite, facebook, forum, social sites…
- Analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Monitor and develop reports of social statistics as well as competitors’ activities within social media spaces. Identify trends and patterns in data to facilitate and guide future digital marketing planning
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
- Collaborate with external vendors, senior management, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Lead and develop marketing team’s members

- At least 3 years of proven experience working mainly in social media, digital marketing or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills, can research and evaluate digital status & KPIs to report on the impact of social media activities.
- Creative mindset and experience in developing and implementing social media content & campaigns
- Strong copywriting skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Digital advertising agency background is a plus
- Management, presentation and teamwork skill
