Digital Marketing

• Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing activities
• Identify digital trends and insights, digital funnel & online form optimization, optimize spend and lead submission performance;
• Liaise with the digital agency to develop monthly digital media plan to acquire new clients;
• Execute SEO/SEM and digital advertising activities via Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Local Ads Network, Display Network, etc;
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
• Managing the redesign of the company website by improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
• Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
• Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Collaborate with Global and Regional Digital team on digital planning and execution
• Building and following up the internal newsletter
• In charge public relationship events of the company
• Support Sale Admin/ or Area Sale for the customer service activities
• In charge Video Shutting for the workshops.
• Other specific projects assigned by supervisor or general manager.

• Minimum 1-3 years working experience in a related marketing/Digital Marketing/ Marketing Event/PR/market communication in foreign/multinational companies.
• BA degree in Marketing or Business Administration
•
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English, Preferable Speak and written in Chinese, computer literacy and has presentation skill
• Willingness to travel, and ability to work independently
• Technical computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint, photoshop etc)
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Vietnamese and English;
• Excellent Customer Development & Data tracking;
• Experience with design software such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator… is a PLUS;
• Excellent attention to details and ability to provide recommendations & solutions is a MUST;
• Having a CAN-DO and PROACTIVE attitude is a PLUS;
• Ability to multi-task efficiently and work in the high-pressure environment;
