Digital Marketing

• Provide creative content for social media platform of Lotte Hotel Hanoi
• Assist customer service inquiries from online customers
• Design digital marketing assets including display advertising, social media advertising, web content, and emails
• Ensure brand is consistent throughout all digital marketing efforts and assist in proofing marketing campaigns and assets
• Assist in development and distribution of photography, videography and in-house materials
• Assist graphic designer in managing hotel’s brand identities
• Support marketing department in related administration tasks as needed
• Perform other duties which are assigned by the management from time to time

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experiences
• Attention to details: knowledge of the creative process and conceptual thinking
• Good communication skill and teamwork
• Good English in both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and quickly change directions, based on business needs and changing priorities
