Digital Marketing role at InSites VN (a project of Bluebelt) will be responsible for all marketing-related tasks. The main objectives of a marketing at Insites are to build brand awareness hence promoting InSites to become the top media platform in Vietnam's finance industry.
With the focus on P2P Lending, the digital marketer will be fully responsible for the specific product of generating customers for Bluebelt - head company of the industry over financial lending.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with ITOs/BA department and partners to process and improve products’ performance through multiple media channels
- Responsible for all marketing performance including BTL and ATL (mostly focusing on digital).
- Building and executing communication channels (digital performance) including FB fanpage/group/ads; Google websites/affiliate sites/ banners/ promotion/ tag management/
- Developing strategic and tactical marketing plans in line with the company’s goals and approach
- Formulate, evaluate, and negotiate strong and innovative marketing partnerships and advertising opportunities → account responsibilities
- Leading marketing research to generate LEADs and Brand Awareness through applied campaigns

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experienced in Lending/ Financial industry with digital marketing background
- Ability to plan and optimize digital marketing strategies and campaigns
- Basic knowledge in Financial or Technology industry
- Creativity in generating Digital Campaigns on multiple channels and DMP analyzing
- Good working attitude and possessing the good will to learn and improve
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor degree required
- Experience in B2C marketing, offline advertising, product management, and start-ups will be a big advantage
- Strong sense of design, aesthetics, and writing style
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willing to think out of the box
- Ability to plan and optimize digital marketing strategies and campaigns
- Basic knowledge in Financial or Technology industry
- Creativity in generating Digital Campaigns on multiple channels and DMP analyzing
- Good working attitude and possessing the good will to learn and improve
