Digital Marketing Executive

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for Content Marketing and Online Marketing activities. We are looking for a candidate who has strong passion for identifying trends, analyzing metrics, planning campaigns and creating “shareable” content. Besides that, support for offline Marketing activities is also required.

1) Content Marketing
- Understand brand culture to apply to the content’s voice and tone in both VietNamese & English
- Harmonize content of Online & Offline Marketing
- Explore wide content marketing range to focus on target audiences
- Keep track of the latest trends through research and social media listening
- Analyze content performance, draw insights and contribute to social media reports
- Utilization of Google Ads Words, Google Analytics, other SEO tools for ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Brainstorm ideas & sharing opinions to the team
- Compile - Translate all content of Marketing materials.

2) Online Marketing
- Understand customer journeys; plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and tactics to drive online traffic and leads; create A/B testing and re-marketing tactics for any campaign to achieve optimal performance
- Manage and optimize campaign budget effectively across multiple channels
- Monitor the company’s website and social media platforms, maintain contents on daily basis to assure of quality control
- Monitor website analytics and conduct regular market analysis
- Analyze and produce actionable channel performance reports regularly to ensure continuous data-driven optimization

3) Others
- Support offline Marketing activities (events, internal activities, POSM,…)
- Other tasks of Marketing responsibilities

- University graduate with bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Business or related fields
- 3-4 years of working experience in the similar position or industry
- Good sense of marketing in general and digital marketing in particular
- Hands-on experience of any mainstream advertisement management and remarketing tools like Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Display Network (GDN), Google Analytics, etc
- Excellent in English spoken & written communication skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Logical thinking
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliver on time and on budget
- Careful & detail oriented
