Digital Marketing Executive

***JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Executive’s main responsibility is to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing activities across all digital channels to drive maximize effectiveness
This position shall be responsible for managing social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube), maintenance of fanpage and website content, directly run frequent advertisement tools (including Admicro/GDN, SEM, Youtube, Facebook) and work with agencies to develop digital campaigns.
The responsibility of Digital Marketing Executive required skill to create periodically reports on digital KPIs, market trends and consumers behaviors analysis.

***JOB DESCRIPTION
- Report to Marketing Manager

*WEB MANAGEMENT
- Maintain Dosiin websites with updated information from related Teams.
- Onpage optimization to meet with Google requirement
- Periodical analysis, track website friendliness and make measurable improvement

*SOCIAL MEDIA (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Zalo, etc.)
- Develop and manage all social marketing tools and activities (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Forum…)
- Create social media strategy to leverage Dosiin
- Create content and maintain activity to keep responsiveness of channels
- Response to fans reaction to drive engagement and sales

Advertisement management
- Plan and execute ads including social ads, display, video and other advertisement tools
- Create ads plan upon requested from sales team and promotion campaign
- SEO/SEM management to drive organic traffic to website

Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), providing monthly, weekly reports

Other duties & responsibilities may be required and/or assigned as necessary

***QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 3 year experience in digital marketing or related position
• Bachelor degree in marketing or equivalent
• Demonstrable experience on social management, running ads and content development
• Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and develop call-to-actions
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital environment
• SEO specialist is highly appreciated

***Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
