Digital Marketing Executive

Overall Job Purpose:
• Executing social and digital plan to build greater brand awareness to support business
• SEO/ SEM management to ensure being on top search ranking
• Social fan pages & website management
• Content writing and post timeline management
• Lead generation campaign from social and digital marketing

Key Responsibilities:
• Implementing and managing social and digital marketing campaigns for the brand
• Executing digital marketing tools such as SEO/SEM, Adwords, Facebook Ads; maximizing the ranking of the website on the top 3 on search ranking
• Managing campaigns in social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube to create good interaction and engagement between the brand and the users. Recruiting greater number of fans/ followers for the social and digital channels
• Designing creative artwork for all related marketing collaterals including print ads, brochure, leaflets, standees, online banners …. but not limited
• Supporting marketing content idea and translation for social fan pages (global mandated content and local content) and websites
• Leveraging marketing campaign by using social and digital tools
• Evaluating data analytics to optimize the efficiency of advertising campaigns
• Supporting to organizing events when required
• Monthly/ campaign basis report is required

Key Success Criteria:
• Graphic design skills
• Knowledgeable in social and digital marketing
• Driving skills is a plus
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and pressurised situations

Education Requirement:
• Diploma/Bachor degree

Working Experience required:
• At least 2 years experience in marketing/ social & digital field in automobile industry
• Good knowledge of the automobile industry

Other Skills and Knowledge:
• Dedication, hard-working and pay attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Graphic design skills are required
• Knowledgeable in social and digital marketing
• Driving skills is a plus
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and pressurised situations
