Digital Marketing Executive

1. Assist in formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers
2. Plan, monitor and execute the ongoing company presence on social media
3. Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
4. Be actively involved in SEO/SEM efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
5. Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
6. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update websites
7. Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
8. Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, Facebook Analytics, etc.)
9. Acquire insights in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
10. Maintain partnerships with digital advertising agencies and vendors
11. Measure ROI and KPIs
12. Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
13. Oversee all the company's social media accounts
14. Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
15. Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
16. Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices

Position Report to: Digital Marketing Manager

• Experience and Special Qualifications
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with social media, Google Adwords and email campaign and SEO/SEM

• Education
University Degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Other skills and knowledge
- Good knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
• Language skills
- Effective communication skills both orally and verbally, especially in English and Vietnamese.
