Digital Marketing Executive

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of regional marketing campaigns for our clients - the leading dining loyalty programme in Asia Pacific. This includes managing digital tools/CRM, ownership of the setup, maintenance, and quarterly review of reoccurring and triggered email communications. Additionally, this individual maintains a current understanding of email marketing, social media, e-commerce best practices and applies them to the execution in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities
• Building email campaigns, database selection, email presentation and quality assurance of all outbound campaigns.
• Develop digital marketing contents for social media to grow audience base, web traffic, conversions and positive branding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages/online marketing materials and optimize user experience
• Manage contact with external vendors/hotel partners.
• Prepare reports and other tracking measures in order to track the performance of marketing campaigns
• Provide creative and new ideas to maximize online reach for websites & mobile apps.

• Be able to communicate in English with strong spoken and communication skills.
• Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/Business/Communications with minimum 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in marketing/customer service/hospitality/travel related industry
• Language proficiency in English is a must (writing/speaking).
• Min of 3 years of hands-on experience in email campaign building preferred
• Experience in Photoshop, email tools and web analytics highly desired (e.g. Google Analytics certified)
• Good knowledge in any areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM)
• Good understanding of database concepts, CMS/CRM and segmentation
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team
• Attention to details, proactive, energetic personality; inquiring, investigative mind
