JOB DESCRIPTION
• Focuses on data and research supporting effective incentive strategies to meet the brand market goals.
• Build digital campaigns based on clients proposals, optimize campaigns to ensure they deliver the best return for our client’s budgets
• Manage Social Media contents to attract the audiences on Website, Facebook, LinkedIn.
• Running internal and external advertising
• Work closely with the Client Management Team to meet the requirement and expectation of the clients
• Work with other Production Team to create visual designs for internal and external events and social media’s post
• Do market research for potential clients in various industries such as DK, UK, US & Vietnam
• Be responsible to write performance reports using Google Analytics, Social Media Activities, etc.
• Keep up to date on the latest developments in both search & social marketing

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong analytical skills; experience with predictive models and ability to analyze trends over time, comfortable with analyzing large amounts of data
• Strong communication, both written and verbal in English and Vietnamese, project management, and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work in 2 hectic shifts: 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM. The shift will be rotated weekly/monthly
• Experience with WSI is a plus
• Understand UX and SEO
