Digital Marketing Executive (DME)

SUMMARY
WATA Solutions is a leading of Software Solutions Service company located in HCM City. Our clients/partners are from North America, Australia, Europe, Japan, Singapore and Korea. We are looking for a digital marketing executive (DME) who will responsible for developing and executing strong and innovative digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand name and attract clients/partners and employees. The DME will be working under the direction of the CSO (Chief Strategy Officer).

DUTIES
● Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
● Manage organization’s website:
- Collaborate with designers to improve the website’s user experience
- Develop ideas, write and optimize content for the website
- Keep all contents up-to-date
- Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
● Develop idea, write and optimize content for the social networking accounts such as Facebook and LinkedIn
● Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments.
● Promote company’s services and brand through company’s website and related social media channels e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn…
● Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and report directly to the CSO
● Collaborate with Sales team on related Sales activities
● Collaborate with the Back Office (BO) team on the following activities
- Setup talent acquisition campaigns
- Develop ideas and setup team building activities
- Develop ideas and design the office working space more attractive and professional

● Graduated in the marketing
● At least one-year experience for Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
● Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
● Excellent editing and writing in English
● Skills and experience in creative content developing
● Experience with B2C/B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
● Analytical mindset and critical thinking
● Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics...)
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Experience in, or willing to learn Sales is a plus
● Experience with graphic design is a plus
● Experience in, or willing to learn HR/recruitment is a plus
● Good in Japanese is a plus
