Mô tả công việc
Objective of role:
- Research and monitor trends and directions in the retail industry on social media.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining social media pages.
- Knowledge in FB Ads A/B testing.
- Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking and audience identification.
- Strategize online content production and schedule on all social media platforms, not limited to and including Instagram and Facebook.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Google SEO/SEM, email and display advertising campaigns with an in-house graphic designer.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaign through digital platform, social media and monitor trends and directions in retail industry on social media to promote Norbreeze’s Portfolio of Brands in Vietnam (Pandora) across assigned marketing channels.
- Perform marketing administrative tasks, compile market research, maintain social media pages and FB Ads A/B testing to steer marketing objectives and goals.
- Build and execute social media strategy through audience segmentation, benchmarking performance and creating relevant calendar that is aligned to brand guidelines and timelines to achieve targeted brand social media and digital marketing growth.
- Communicate brand values and commercial mechanics effectively to grow EDM signups and loyalty consumer base thru EDM call-to-action.
- Support E-commerce, marketing communications, brand campaigns, advertising and promotions, and loyalty engagements.
- Participate in communication with brand principle and ensure that guidelines and processes are applied in assigned market.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Proficient in Sprinkler, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads
- Good Knowledge of Google and Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising tools.
- Proactive self-starter.
- A keen sense in fashion industry is an added advantage.
- 3 to 4 years’ work experience in Digital or Social Media Marketing role
- Good to have attributes:
Takes initiative and being proactive
Excellent planning and analytical skills
Resourceful, fast and efficient and able to work independently
Result oriented person, meticulous with an eye for details
Effective time management & prioritization skills
Good negotiation skills
- Decision making: Within digital and social media marketing plan agreed upon items and budget.
- Good Knowledge of Google and Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising tools.
- Proactive self-starter.
- A keen sense in fashion industry is an added advantage.
