- Proposing and planning media programs on Digital channels to increase users for "beGroup"
- Develop plans, manage team, organize the implementation of work to develop the company's Digital Marketing field.
- Collaborate with other departments (Brand; Offline; Marketplace and Community ...) to develop the number of app downloaders, the number of subscribers and the number of people using the Company's services
- Orientation, content development, content control on digital media channels (facebook pages; youtube channel & web site)
- Proposing developing new digital channels, creating new content on the internet (Tik tok, Instagram, affiliate marketing ... etc)
- Directly contact and work with consultants, partners, quality monitoring, progress management for collaborators & Agency in accordance with the plan
- Control and optimize the costs of digital marketing activities according to the approved budget; weekly report on performance and costs to the Marketing Director
- Carry out other tasks according to the assignment and assignment of the Marketing Director

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated College /university majoring in Marketing, Multimedia, Business, Technology, and other relative fields
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of Digital Marketing, 3 years or more in management positions in companies operating in the field of digital application or performance agency; digital marketing Agency; E-commerce Company
- Fluently in English
- Knowledge of Content & KOL Influencers on Social Media, strong on optimizing performance for Growth
- Passionate about social networks and understand the tools, especially Facebook, Youtube, Tik Tok, Zalo ...
- Having knowledge about habits, journeys of experience of users on mobile and internet;
- Ability to analyze and recognize the problem deeply, good presentation skills;
- Agile, eager to learn, regularly update new knowledge;
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of Digital Marketing, 3 years or more in management positions in companies operating in the field of digital application or performance agency; digital marketing Agency; E-commerce Company
