The position will oversee digital assets, including planning, monitoring, maintenance new and existing digital infrastructure and systems.
• Website: Understand and have work experience on CMS, UI/UX and Google Analytics. Plan and test for website launch across specified devices and browsers. Identify upgrades, configurations of new systems and maintenance the website assets. Brainstorm and development ideas with project team.
• Mobile application: Participate in managing application development (iOS & Android), including bug fixes and enhancements. Be responsible for mobile app approval process with global IT team.
• Analytics: Collect cross-function data and feedbacks; analyze, evaluate and provide reports timely across key metrics to propose enhancements.
• Other new technology: This is an advantage if the candidate can discover new digital technology for the business.
• Skills: Must be self-motivated, a problem solving and quickly learn new technology and standards. Ability to manage service providers, provide technical training and coordinate with cross-function departments in Vietnam or with global Digital/IT team.
• Ensure all activities comply with the Vietnam regulations, Abbott code of conduct, policies and ethical standards. Other projects as assigned.

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Minimum 1-year experience of technology industry. Understanding of website and mobile development process. Experience in CMS, Google Analytics.
• Understanding of SEO/SEM principles, salesforce.com, webcast, email and SMS marketing is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills
• Strong experience of project management and analytical skills
• Continuous-improvement mindset and solution-oriented behavior
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
• Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital marketing
