Reports to: Software Dev Lead
Role Purpose: Develop, maintain and support frontend applications
Key Accountabilities:
Software development
• Analyze business requirement, identify feasible solutions/options in view of developer then propose and protect the most suitable option to be implemented
• Deliver functional specification and basic design document based on business requirement and the selected solution
• Perform Unit test, IT test and sometime UAT test of the results delivered by coding phrase
• Coordinate with related stakeholders such as BAs, Users to resolve issue if happen
• Participate in quality review and control of software development project
• Develop/code the designed functions using Java technologies
Application Maintenance/Support
• Support end-users for any functional issues
• Fix bugs and enhance existing functions if require
• Follow-up and coordinate with other teams to resolve incidents
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to the upper level for support
Other activities
• Study and analyze available solutions on the market in order to propose innovation
• Be aligned with company’s policies and methodologies

Education - University graduate majoring in IT software development
Other Required License, Professional Qualifications and Certifications
- Experience in CSS3, HTML5, Bootstrap, Jquery and JqueryUI.
- Work with responsive web design
Years of Related Work Experiences
- 4+ years of industry experience
- 4+ years of web application development
- 4+ SQL development
- 4+ years of Java development
Desirable Criteria
- Preference given to experience in development of software in financial services (banking and life insurance)
Languages Required
- Good in English reading
- Able to speak
- Able to communicate via email
Other Required License, Professional Qualifications and Certifications
- Experience in CSS3, HTML5, Bootstrap, Jquery and JqueryUI.
