While the is primarily managing the visual assets of the business, all team members are highthe role has progression opportunities into design team leader, or brand manager.

The Ideal Candidate would have:

An Intimate understanding of the principles of UX/UI
Have a natural ability to understand and appreciate great design.
Be able to think outside the box to solve design problems
Be open to taking on a management/training role in the future
But above all else, demonstrate an eager passion for all things design! … oh and knowing how to use some design software is handy!

Specific Duties
In the role you will be managing the design output for the marketing team, reviewing successes and assessing where improvements can be made. As we are growing your role too can grow with the organization. We see this role growing into more of a UX/UI conversion rate optimization and split testing.
