Reporting to the Market Digital Operations Lead, this job holder will collaborate with Digital Rewiring/Change Lead to develop, adopt and deliver digital product communications and training plans across staff and ABOs (Amway Business Owner) in designated market.
• Proficient in recommending and delivering digital communications and training across staff and ABO channels in market
• Collaborative to ensure alignment with Digital Rewiring/Change Lead as well as COE (Center of Excellence) strategy and plans
• Create and manage market’s digital communications/training calendar, assessing effectiveness, and adjusting based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
• Bringing content and delivery expertise to ensure optimum effectiveness of communications
• Assessing and communicating effectiveness through a variety of feedback mechanisms
• Provides subject matter expertise and tactical communication support (such as Graphic Design, Editorial, Brand, Video Production, Digital, etc.) to deliver high-quality, integrated communication solutions.
• Positively influencing, supporting and communicating digital change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives
• Develops cross-channel content (brochures, letters, web articles, video, social content, games,
• Serves as a point person and to provide regular reporting of Digital Rewiring/Change activity
• Other duties as assigned.

▪ Strong understanding of technology language and use of applications in business
▪ Ability to develop productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical partners
▪ Comprehensive understanding of the market, users, and roadmap of the product/application
▪ Understanding of the product lifecycle

▪ Working experience using agile methodologies, industry standards and best practices
▪ Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with business delivery teams, leadership, senior management and internal/external stakeholders
▪ Proven ability to clearly define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them.
▪ Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams
▪ Ability to interact positively and professionally with team members and clients from globally diverse cultural backgrounds
▪ Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple/competing projects and assignments
▪ Attention to detail with an ability to meet tight timelines
▪ Strong problem-solving ability and dealing with ambiguity
▪ Proficient computer skills, Microsoft office suite, and applicable databases
