Digital Business Process Analyst

Objective
The Digital Banking Business Analyst provides consultation and assistance to various business units with the design, development and implementation of technical system projects including new products, services, and system enhancements. Works closely with business partners to identify and maximize opportunities to use information and technology to improve products, services and/or business processes. Assists/manage the implementation of reasonably extensive technical project

Key responsibilities
• Support/manage key projects/digital initiatives and deliver positive outcomes in line with business deadlines
• Provide direction for insights gained from Data interrogation through multiple sources
• Work as problem solver for key initiatives across multiple business areas to deliver digital projects
• Managing process change
• Colleting business requirements for IT projects
• Cooperating with IT on solution design
• Supporting acceptance testing
• Applying their knowledge of business process modelling notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL…) to document processes.
• Review, analyze, and create detailed documentation of business unit needs

1. Background
• University degree
• 02 years of experience in Digital banking business analysis or process/technical analysis, preferably in IT or in banking and finance industry

2. Skills
• Strong technical analysis skills (BA or process trainings and certification is advantage)
• Must be/required:
o Highly intelligent,
o Highly motivated to learn,
o Positive communicator personality, “never give-up" personality,
o Highly motivated to grow to managerial level,
o Deep understanding of implementation projects
• Fluency in English & Vietnamese
