Mô tả công việc
This key role within the CCBC is responsible for developing, implementing and managing campaigns for promoting FE Credit Cards. This role will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. The incumbent will also take various steps to ensure ongoing customer engagement, regular communication of relevant card usage offers and launch of various digital campaigns aimed at increasing features awareness as well as to improve top of mind recall. This position will also be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, tracking conversion rates and making improvements to various digital channels like website, mobile application, utilising a range of available techniques.
[KEY RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Regularly work with technology/ operations and marketing in creating ongoing means of communication with cardholders including EDMs, DMs, statement inserts, statement messaging, SMS, MMS, social media messaging to inform cardholders of various offers and to rollout timely reminder mechanisms for various offers to ensure maximum coverage and outcomes.
- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the digital campaigns using range of available techniques. Create & implement digital marketing campaigns for driving acquisitions & product usage. Building co-branded campaigns with partner brands.
- Work with Activation and usage teams to work out effective offers and campaign features for FE Credit Customers. Regularly interact with E-commerce websites and other digital vendors to create unique value propositions
- Generate merchandising revenue through tie up with partner brands whereby FEC shall send special MKT message to FE Customers on behalf of partner brands.

[Education]
- Post graduate MBA with at least 4-5 years of solid experience and achievements in the digital & mobile marketing space.
[Experience]
- At least 3 years in a role driving all or some of the above mentioned responsibilities. Direct experience in digital marketing is a very strong plus.
[Technical skills]
- Complete understanding of the digital & mobile marketing and various new age technologies in this space. Good understanding of Credit cards & consumer lending business.
[General skills]
- Creative, Influencing, negotiating, driving , leading, managing digital channels and vendors
