Digital & Growth Marketer

Why We Are Looking For You:

We are looking for savvy SaaS marketing executive who can work directly with high-level staff to develop and execute on Seal Commerce’s content & inbound marketing strategies. Moreover, our digital presence is growing rapidly and we are seeking a data-driven and technically savvy Senior Digital Marketer to help scale our marketing reach via multi-channels. In addition, you will have access to our proprietary data to supercharge your targeting.

What You’ll Do:

- You are responsible for the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to position our products as solutions for our customers and partners worldwide.
- Manage Social Media campaigns, Email Marketing Campaigns, Content Marketing Strategies, Automation Marketing Process Designing & Execution
- Work closely with our talented product management team to translate market trends and customer needs into product requirements and product roadmap priorities
- Work with our marketing executives and business development team to craft and review marketing content and run dedicated marketing campaigns.
- Analyze and report marketing KPIs to track impact, optimize and improve our positioning in Shopify market and with B2B customers.

Experience:

- Strong content marketing experience (designing, implementing, measuring) at a fast-paced SaaS company
- Data-driven background with an obsession for tracking and measuring campaigns
- Ability to create & refine new messaging to better attract different personas
- Experience in designing & running email marketing campaigns, marketing automation
- Experience in developing site content with designers to help guide the visuals, content and overall display of content & messaging
- Experience managing all social media for a SaaS brand with an understanding of leveraging social media channels to rapidly develop new messaging & content
- Experienced with Shopify, WooCommerce, etc, is a plus.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong skills in Copywriting, Channel Operation, Digital Campaigns Execution, SEO
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing tools (Social Media Ads, MailChimp or similar platforms, Google Analytics, etc)
- Strong skills in Planning, Analytics, Report, Performance Measurement & Improvement suggestions by reporting skills.
- Customer Success-oriented approach in mind
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible approach and an ability to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude
- Comfort in a startup environment as we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment.
