Digital Advertising Operation Manager

Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a talented, experienced and motivated Digital Campaign Manager to join the APAC team. We’re looking for a Superstar with expertise, excellence and consistency in all aspects of managing digital advertising platforms and operations such as Google Ads our inhouse platform AwesomeAds and and other platforms.. Experience in the youth market is a plus.

■ Lead and manage the Vietnam AdOps team supporting the regional APAC digital advertising operations
■ Full responsibility for every aspect of the campaign delivery: Campaign Setup, Ad trafficking, performance optimisation and reporting.
■ Be an expert with all internal kid-safe and compliant digital advertising platforms including AwesomeAds, PopJam, Kid-Safe YouTube and other external platforms required for campaign delivery
■ Hire,train and ensure high performance from all team members
■ Maintain a 0% error rate and adhere to given SLA
■ Develop and own the AdOps Process and communicate to internal stakeholders
■ Monitor the daily performance of campaigns and optimise as needed to ensure all campaigns deliver on client's’ targets effectively.
■ Complete administrative processes consistently and constantly look for ways to streamline and automate.
■ Write periodic reports for each campaign including daily, weekly and end of campaign reports and case studies as required.
■ Interact and coordinate with the sales and account management team and team members in other departments working on the shared client accounts.
■ Constantly looks for process improvements.

■ You’re a self-starter, you can clearly demonstrate your ability to get things done without direct supervision and understand what it means to deliver excellence to clients.
■ Well rounded 3 - 5 years of experience in digital advertising platform operations
■ Several years experience in managing a team
■ You have very strong experience in ad-ops and ad trafficking with a high degree of technical skills and experience with different servers and ad serving platforms (Like Google Ads, Doubleclick, Facebook Ads Manager etc).
■ You have an unstoppable ability to develop and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders
■ You’re insanely well-organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
■ You’re extremely driven and passionate.
■ You think logically, even under pressure, and come up with innovative solutions to problems
■ You’re analytical and have a great head for numbers.
■ Excellent written and spoken English.
