Digital Account Executive (Red2 Digital Agency)

We are looking for Digital Account Executive for RED2 digital agency, a sister company of FLG, based in Phan Xich Long, Phu Nhuan.

FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE: Oversee digital marketing activities with a strong emphasis on paid media management
REPORTS TO: Account Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing
 Daily social management tasks: to check social performance, interact with users, report any issues promptly to managers.
 Create timely and engaging content optimized for the platform used and intended audience.
 Monitor sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client.
 Work with account manager(s), content writer(s) and designer(s) to prepare social content strategies and plans, and also manage content scheduling and post’s performance
 Understand online ads on Facebook, Adwords, Google Display Network, retargeting etc.
 Ability to use Facebook Power Editor and experience with Facebook custom audiences
 Manage email marketing campaigns, split test emails routinely and provide weekly report
 Experience with article seeding
 Coordinate with media and design team for branding needs, design needs, and celebrity usage
 Stay current with social media trends and tools – includes attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts.
 Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces


KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI):
 Ensure campaigns are executed on time and changed on time
 Maintain excellent relationships with internal teams and external vendors

 2-3 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing
 Bachelors degree preferred
 Strong knowledge of Facebook, Google, Power editor, Adwords, Remarketing, Online advertisement programs and vendors
 Good knowledge of digital social trends
 Must-have agency experience
