Die Casting Expert

• Supervise new projects development.
• Ensure optimal quality and lead time for sample development and bulk production of our metal buttons and accessories line.
• Work in close cooperation with Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Technical Department, Costing and Purchasing to reach our metal production targets.
• Ensure good coordination and smooth information between departments involved in our metal activity.
• Assist and train our Sales team to understand and reply correctly to customers’ requirements for metal products.
• Supervise metal production activities including die casting, polishing & finishing, plating, QC and packing.
• Develop a reliable planning system for our metal activity.
• Supervise and improve our costing system for metal products.
• Assist and train our technical department for new technics and processes related to metal products.
• Select correct suppliers and subcontractors with our Purchasing department for galvanization, moulds, zinc alloy.
• Carry out other tasks according to Management team’s requests.


* Working Relations:
• Report directly to General Manager in Vietnam and Headquarters in Europe.
• Works cooperatively with other sections.

• Strong experience in Zinc Alloy die casting process for high quality products.
• Fluent English language skills.
• University or Engineering degree in mechanics or related.
• Serious, proactive, reliable, good leadership and organizational skills.
• Able to work efficiently and independently under high pressure conditions.
• Agreeable with flexible working hours.
