JourneyHorizon is an Australian/Vietnamese, full service digital agency based in Ho Chi Minh city. We service a global clientele but with a particular passion for helping Australian companies extend and scale their offshore teams. Our client is an Australian Software Company that specialises in geospatial reporting and analytics software used by the environment and clean energy sectors. The software includes geospatial mapping and display, scientific calculations, forecasting, projection and visual analytics. We are now looking to expand the team supporting our client and have a number of roles that need to be filled including Development Operations Lead.

The development and ongoing maintenance of this software suite will be both technically challenging and rewarding to the successful candidates. This project is a real CV builder and something you will want to be part of.

EDUCATION

* Computer Science Degree
* Undergraduate with Masters in an Information or Computer Science Discipline.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

* Intermediate English or above
* Docker
* Postgres
* Kubernetes
* Microservice architectures and continuous delivery
* Google cloud (Broad range of services)
* AWS, Azure or other cloud services a benefit
* IaC - Terraform
* Serverless
* Github/Gitlab
* CI/CD pipelines
* Strong scripting with languages such as Python, Bash, Node JS
* Integration testing
* Deploying polyglot architectures
* Agile development beneficial

EXPERIENCE
