As a Footwear Development Production Leader of Decathlon Vietnam, You will:
• Be responsible for the manufacturing of the prototypes and participate in the setting up of the technical file
• Be a key contact between Product Engineer in Headquarter and local Suppliers, assuring all products are developed in accordance with design and specification requirements as detailed by Brand while maintaining a concept on performance.
• Propose innovative ideas to create the products.
• Optimize the development cost of the products.
• Coordinate the development and industrialization of the project plan.
• Ensure and optimize the manufacturing organization.
• Manage the continuous improvement on my activity.
